Effortless Escapes may assist clients in booking travel services through approved travel suppliers.
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are determined by the individual travel provider. Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms provided at the time of booking.
Effortless Escapes may offer assistance with payment options, including travel now pay later programs, where available through travel partners.
No Planning Fee Disclosure
Effortless Escapes does not charge planning fees for most vacation bookings. Compensation for travel planning services may be received through commissions paid by travel suppliers when bookings are completed through approved partners.
Limitation of Liability
Effortless Escapes shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, injuries, delays, or disruptions arising from travel services provided by third-party suppliers.
Clients assume responsibility for their travel decisions and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel.

Supplier Financial Responsibility Disclaimer
Effortless Escapes acts solely as an intermediary between clients and independent travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. While we carefully select reputable travel partners, Effortless Escapes does not control the operations or financial stability of these suppliers.
Effortless Escapes cannot be held responsible for the bankruptcy, insolvency, closure, or financial default of any travel supplier.
In the event a travel supplier is unable to fulfill a booking due to financial difficulties or operational disruptions, clients may need to seek resolution directly with the supplier or through their travel insurance provider.
For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. Effortless Escapes will make every reasonable effort to assist clients in resolving travel issues with suppliers when possible.

Force Majeure
Effortless Escapes shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or disruption in travel services resulting from circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
• natural disasters
• severe weather events
• pandemics or public health emergencies
• government travel restrictions
• airline or transportation strikes
• political unrest
• supplier closures or operational disruptions
In such circumstances, travel plans may be affected, delayed, modified, or cancelled by the travel supplier or government authorities.
Effortless Escapes will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in navigating changes or disruptions when possible; however, we cannot guarantee outcomes or assume responsibility for events beyond our control.
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to help protect against unexpected disruptions.
